4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. slotma accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and InstaPay-enabled bank accounts. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Deposits. Deposits are credited to your slotma PHP wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. slotma does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank typically complete within one (1) Philippine banking business day. slotma reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not use credit cards, loans, or funds obtained through illegal means to fund your slotma account. slotma is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances.
5.1 General. slotma may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives ("Promotions") to eligible Players. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which supplement these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on slotma is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game, slotma reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players. slotma is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical malfunction.

6.4 Void Bets. slotma reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed after an event has concluded, or placed in circumstances that constitute a clear pricing error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's PHP wallet.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slotma Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

12.1 By You. You may close your slotma account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your PHP wallet (after deducting any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) Philippine banking business days.
12.2 By slotma. slotma reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13 — shall continue to apply.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
13.4 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
